Job summary

Kleinfelder Inc in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Grant Administrator to support our Planning Department on CDBG and HOME programs. This role requires travel across Ohio and offers either full-time or part-time schedules.

You will review income eligibility for LMI homeowners, coordinate with inspectors and contractors, manage state boilerplate docs, and serve as the main contact for clients and partners. Travel throughout Ohio is expected.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, finance, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle diverse workloads and client documentation effectively.
  • Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at communicating effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Comfortable speaking publicly.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid math skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the state of Ohio.

Step Into Your New Role

As a Grant Administrator, you will assist our Planning Department’s consulting team on Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Programs. This position is available in our Perrysburg, OH office, but will require travel throughout the state of Ohio.
