Job summary

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers seeks a Grant Accountant to manage financial accounting, billing, reporting, and compliance for grants and contracts. You will partner with program and finance leaders to ensure accurate recording, timely invoicing, and adherence to funding terms.

Responsibilities include maintaining grant ledgers, reconciling expenditures and receivables, supporting monthly close, and preparing financial reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with grant accounting, billing, and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of GAAP and grants management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grant and contract accounting records in accordance with GAAP and funding requirements.
• Review and reconcile grant expenditures, revenue, and related transactions.
• Prepare and submit invoices and financial reports per contractual requirements.
• Support monthly and year-end close activities and audit readiness.
