Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in AR or nonprofit accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Sage Intacct, Excel, and CRM/grant portals.
• Familiarity with nonprofit revenue recognition, fund accounting, and grant compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices with required details.
• Track billing terms for each funder or contract.
• Record revenues under GAAP and funder restrictions.
• Apply payments to invoices in Sage Intacct weekly.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Prepare monthly AR aging reports and dashboards.
• Assist with month-end close and close processes.
• Support grant closeouts and audits.
