CompleteCare is seeking a Grant Accountant to maintain financial and grant support services, focusing on budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting. You will work with the CFO, EVP of Business & Ops, and Grant Directors to ensure accurate project costing and timely financial communication.

The role requires a BS in Finance with 3–5 years in nonprofit budgeting, forecasting, and grant reporting, plus strong Excel skills and the ability to multi-task across several projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance or closely related field with 3–5 years of nonprofit budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience.
• Ability to translate financial information for non-financial managers and maintain accuracy.
• Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Post-award grant budgeting, expense analysis, invoicing and reporting for grants.
• Prepare financial reports for donors and internal management.
• Collaborate with CFO, EVP, and Grant Directors on forecasts and budget revisions.
• Identify cost savings and ensure compliance with grants regulations.
