Job summary

Ultimate Granite is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Gibsonia, PA. You will drive revenue by managing leads, building client relationships, and converting inquiries into sales. The role is on-site with daily showroom interactions and collaboration with production for accurate quotes.

Responsibilities include learning products, qualify leads, provide pricing options, upsell opportunities, and maintaining CRM records. Requires 1+ year of sales experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ year of sales experience (Required).
• Experience in related industry; natural stone, countertop sales, etc. (Preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and market landscape.
• Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide detailed product information, including pricing and customization options.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products that meet client needs.
• Follow up on leads and quotes, track progress in the CRM, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom, offering guidance on products and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
