Job summary

Revolution Company in Terre Haute, IN, and Flint, MI, is hiring an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead multi-site programs and provide hands-on safety support while traveling between locations. The role focuses on developing and maintaining robust HSE initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvements in safety performance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 5 years of manufacturing safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, or environmental management.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities or locations preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance requirements, and industrial safety practices.
• Ability to travel between Terre Haute, IN and Flint, MI.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE programs across Terre Haute and Flint facilities.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA and local regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and training.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Travel between locations for inspections and training.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to promote safety culture.
