Revolution is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead HSE programs across Terre Haute, IN and Flint, MI. This role is based in Terre Haute with regular travel to Flint to provide hands-on safety and environmental support.

The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background, hands-on leadership, and the ability to build relationships with plant leadership while driving continuous improvement in safety and regulatory compliance across both sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in health, safety, or environmental management.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Proven ability to lead safety programs and training.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel between Terre Haute and Flint.
