Founders Brewing Co. in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Generalist to join our Finance team.

You will handle vendor invoices, match them to purchase orders, and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records and supporting month-end close activities. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of AP or general accounting experience, strong Excel and Office skills, and a detail-oriented, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Understanding of AP processes and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and verify approvals.
• Assist with vendor payments including ACH and checks.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documents.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other departments.
• Provide friendly support to employees and vendors.
