Heartland Co-op is seeking a customer service oriented Clerk to handle cashiering, billing, and inventory duties at our location. You will interact with customers, process payments, and keep records accurate while supporting the location manager.

Responsibilities include billing products, receiving payments, updating grain, petroleum, feed and agronomy records, and helping resolve customer concerns with a focus on accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use grain and inventory software.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service in person and via multiple channels.
• Bill products and accept payments.
• Run scale and track inventory.
• Assist location manager with records for grain, petroleum, feed, and agronomy.
• Accept and record prepayments and bookings.
• Process payments for commodities.
• Maintain cash in register and prepare deposits.
• Develop product and service knowledge for customers.
• Multitask with attention to detail.
• Support team and other duties as assigned.
