Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience handling cash or payments is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and present information clearly to customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via email, face-to-face, telephone, and live chat.
• Bill products, receive payments, run scale, and track inventory.
• Assist location manager with grain, petroleum, feed and agronomy records.
• Accept and record prepayment and bookings for products.
• Price and process payment for commodities delivered by customers.
• Handle cash and reconcile cash in register at end of day; prepare deposits.
• Develop knowledge of products and services offered; maintain attention to detail.
• Demonstrate reliability, multitask, and teamwork; perform other duties as assigned.
