Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a Grain Operations Specialist in Elm Creek, NE to support loading and unloading processes for trucks and railcars. You will work closely with customers and maintain safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced agribusiness setting.

The role requires 1+ years in operations and a high school diploma or GED. Preference is given to candidates with agriculture experience and the ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobility equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor tasks promptly and safely under supervision.
• Develop knowledge of commodities handled at the location and comply with policies and regulations.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and hoses.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks using equipment.
• Maintain inventory quality and monitor load-out functions.
• Operate automated scale/dump systems and perform routine maintenance.
