Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist in Napoleon, ND to work within CHS grain and agronomy. You will load/unload grain and agronomy products, perform maintenance, and assist in loading trains, with opportunities to obtain a CDL.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and maintain grain quality, mix fertilizers, and assist loading trains.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications.
• Deliver products to customer sites.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Support facility operations to ensure timely service.
