CHS Devils Lake is hiring an Operations Specialist in Devils Lake, ND to support elevator and fertilizer operations, prepare loads, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the facility. The role involves handling trucks and railcars, operating equipment, and ensuring efficient daily functions.

The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons, with emphasis on safety and customer service in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL license or Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily elevator and fertilizer operations.
• Load and unload trucks and railcars.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Deliver products to customer sites.
• Perform grounds maintenance and snow removal.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor.
