Job summary

Bartlett, founded in 1907, is a diversified agribusiness in grain acquisition, storage, transportation, processing and merchandising. The role is based in the Minneapolis area with travel to grain elevators, flour mills and processing plants across the US Midwest, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and North Carolina.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in agricultural-related studies or Business is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage operations teams to meet business objectives.
• Communicate tasks, directives and policies with senior management and supervised workers.
• Oversee daily facility operations and implement safety, regulatory and company programs.
• Coordinate maintenance and major repairs with the operations team and senior management.
• Perform safety inspections and monitor quality controls.
