Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years trading experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term relationships with producers to maximize elevator volume
• Develop pricing strategies and promotions for grain origination
• Represent the company at the farm level and plan logistics
• Hedge risk and report grain purchases to hedging staff
• Participate in weekly merchandising meetings and forecasting
