Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily grain receiving, drying, conditioning, and loading.
  • Operate and monitor grain handling equipment (conveyors, legs, dryers, aeration).
  • Maintain grain quality through testing, grading, and proper storage practices.
  • Assist with blending, transferring, and inventory control of grain.
  • Direct daily operations and support staff to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Train new employees on safety, equipment, and cooperative standards.
