Job summary

InsightFS in Jefferson, Wisconsin, is seeking a Grain Operations Supervisor to coordinate all daily grain activities with the Location Manager and Grain Operations & Marketing Manager.

You will supervise staff, manage budgeted expenses and overtime, perform grain quality control, maintain inventory, operate grain software, and provide on-site safety training to ensure OSHA compliance and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-3 years of related leadership experience.
• Experience with production scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
• Ability to lead production personnel and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grain quality control, monitor moisture and dockage.
• Lead and supervise grain department staff.
• Operate and troubleshoot grain software for internal and external customers.
• Manage on-site grain inventory and grain condition.
• Provide grain safety training and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading grain.
