Qualifications

• Experience leading grain operations across multiple locations.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop teams.
• Knowledge of inventory, quality, blending, and logistics.
• Experience with train staging/loading and facility operations.
• Strong safety leadership and regulatory compliance.
• Experience planning capital projects and facility improvements.
• Collaborates with leaders to align operations with business goals.
• Customer- and growth-focused with sales support experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise location personnel in logistics, inventory, blending, and housekeeping.
• Oversee staging, blending, and loading of trains with quality control.
• Provide training and mentorship for safe elevator operations.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues in grain systems.
• Manage grain inventory accuracy and quality across locations.
• Educate staff on grain management to prevent over-drying and off-grade issues.
• Lead planning for facility expansion and optimization projects.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance as a safety champion.
• Develop and manage capital project budgets across locations.
• Collaborate to optimize grain operations and growth initiatives.
• Support feed sales, origination, and customer growth.
• Enforce company policies for HR, grain, and feed ops.
