Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional leadership experience.
• Previous grain operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the facility manager in managing the operations.
• Ensure safe working conditions for all associates.
• Direct daily activities of crews receiving, drying, storing, and distributing grain.
• Train and develop team members to perform tasks.
• Operate grain receiving equipment and grade grain.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Uphold safety and quality standards.
