Job summary

American Pop Corn Company seeks a Grain Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory records and process grain transactions in our ERP system. You will work with procurement, production, and accounting to reconcile inventory, manage contracts, and ensure accurate payments.

The role requires detail orientation, experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC preferred), and ability to track lot movements across multiple locations. On-site manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, purchasing, accounting, or ERP transactions.
• ERP system experience; Dynamics 365 BC preferred.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, lot tracking, production orders, purchasing, receiving or AP.
• Grain/agriculture or manufacturing inventory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory and grain-related transactions within the ERP system
• Establish and maintain grain contracts including source, terms, and delivery
• Record grain deliveries, quality parameters, storage charges, and adjustments
• Track lot movements across locations for traceability
• Reconcile physical inventory to ERP balances and resolve discrepancies
• Review grain, freight, and storage invoices for accuracy before AP
• Assist with physical inventories, cycle counts, and month-end activities
