Job summary

American Pop Corn Company is seeking a Grain Transport Coordinator to manage corn supply between Production Scheduling, Packaging, and grain transporters. This role ensures correct corn type and quantity is delivered to packaging bins on time to support production.

Responsibilities include coordinating with elevators, operating delivery equipment, documenting transfers, and maintaining safety and housekeeping procedures in a production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to interpret written and scheduling instructions; strong math and measurement skills.
• Strong communication across departments and with external partners.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corn needs with Production Scheduling, Packaging, grain transporters and elevator operators.
• Ensure correct type and amount of corn is placed into packaging bins in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment for delivery and transfer of corn to packaging bins.
• Document all corn transfers and related information accurately.
• Perform Magnet documentation.
• Operate a tractor proficiently and safely.
