Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand and comply with all safety policies and practices.

• Available to work extended weekday and weekend hours during grain harvest seasons.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain to meet specifications.
• Operate loading/unloading equipment to ship or receive grain products.
• Inspect grain facilities daily for equipment condition.
• Assist in scheduling inbound/outbound logistics with the facility manager.
• Maintain inventories and manage grain movements to maximize profitability.
• Identify problems and propose improvements with the facility manager.
• Interact with customers daily and ensure satisfactory service.
• Support implementation of safety programs and emergency procedures.
• Comply with environmental laws and report issues promptly.
• Review the site emergency notification policy regularly.
