Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a facility-based associate to load and unload trucks, manage grain quality, and perform general housekeeping. This role supports daily operations at our grain facility while following safety and documentation protocols.

You will participate in OSHA safety programs, operate heavy equipment where required, and assist with maintenance tasks. The position requires flexibility for extended hours and outdoor work across locations.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills including addition/subtraction/multiplication/division.
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication across levels.
• Ability to follow directions and troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

• Transfer, load and move grain to appropriate locations and assist with weighing/grading where applicable.
• Participate in the Safety Program and daily pre-shift meetings; comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Perform general duties such as cleaning, painting, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Operate heavy equipment where required and complete documentation accurately.
