Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and follow directions.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Commitment to safety programs and PPE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks at the facility.
• Participate in the safety program and attend pre-shift meetings.
• Comply with OSHA and environmental regulations; wear PPE as required.
• Transfer, load and move grain to appropriate locations.
• Maintain grain quality during storage and transfer.
• Record and document activities accurately and timely.
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Operate, monitor and shut down dryer where applicable.
• Assist with maintenance and basic repairs where needed.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
