Job summary

Total Grain Marketing in IL is seeking a general labor associate to support grain handling, loading and unloading, and storage. You will help move grains, inspect quality, and ensure safe, efficient operations across multiple weather conditions.

You will interact with customers and assist with timely delivery while following safety protocols and performing routine maintenance. A high school diploma or GED is required, with extended hours as needed to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma, GED or related experience equivalent.
• Ability to work extended hours and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment to move grains throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and transport grain from trucks, trailers and trains.
• Ensure proper storage of grains to maintain quality and prevent spoilage.
• Inspect grain quality and remove foreign objects or damaged grain.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide customer service.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required safety gear.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
