Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment (conveyors, augers, elevators) to move grains.
• Load, unload and transport grain (corn, wheat, soybeans) from trucks, trailers and trains.
• Ensure proper storage in elevators, silos or bins to prevent spoilage.
• Inspect grain quality and remove foreign objects or damaged grain.
• Ensure proper axle weights and even distribution on trucks and trailers.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers.
