Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment to move grains.
• Load and unload grain from trucks, trailers, and trains.
• Ensure proper storage of grains in elevators or silos to prevent spoilage.
• Inspect grain quality and remove foreign objects.
• Ensure loads are balanced and axle weights are correct.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor grain quality for pests, moisture, or other issues.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Assist with loading grains for shipment and routine maintenance.
