Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma, GED or related experience equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment to move grains throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and transport grain from trucks, trailers and trains.
• Ensure proper storage of grains to maintain quality and prevent spoilage.
• Inspect grain quality, remove foreign objects, and ensure proper sorting.
• Ensure proper axle weights and balance on trucks/trailers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide customer service.
• Assist with monitoring grain quality and report issues.
• Follow safety protocols and wear safety gear.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
