Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain to ensure product meets specifications.
• Operate loading/unloading equipment for grain shipments and receipts.
• Inspect grain facilities daily for equipment condition and safety.
• Assist in scheduling logistics for inbound/outbound grain with the facility manager.
• Maintain inventories and track grain movements to maximize profitability.
• Communicate with customers and support environmental compliance policies.
