Job summary

Total Grain Marketing, LLC in Illinois is seeking a general labor associate to support grain handling and logistics operations. You will operate grain handling equipment, move grains, and assist with loading and unloading to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities include maintaining grain quality, assisting with storage and inventory, and following safety protocols. This role requires physical work, occasional climbing, and ability to work extended hours in various weather

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• Valid Driver’s License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment (conveyors, augers, elevators) to move grains throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and transport grain (corn, wheat, soybeans) from trucks, trailers, and trains.
• Ensure proper storage of grains in elevators, silos, or bins; maintain quality and prevent spoilage.
