Job summary

FS Grain, LLC in Newark, IL is seeking a Seasonal Grain Elevator Operator to support grain handling, safety, maintenance, and customer service under the direction of the Facility Manager.

Responsibilities include managing grain flow, maintaining quality, and ensuring OSHA safety compliance while assisting with equipment upkeep and customer service. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $18.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn grain handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming, stored, and outgoing grain.
• Maintain grain quality and moisture levels; provide drying services.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance for equipment and facilities.
• Provide professional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Perform housekeeping and routine maintenance of equipment and sites.
