MKC is seeking a seasoned grain-elevator supervisor to lead operations, maintenance, and product quality control while overseeing seed and feed sales. This role requires directing a team, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of customer service in a fast-paced agribusiness environment.

You will supervise all employees, assist customers with fertilizer and chemical inquiries, orders, and complaints, and implement safety and efficiency improvements under the area manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy or related field.
• Five years of experience in grain and agronomy sectors.
• Ability to obtain required licenses (7B fumigation, HazMat CDL).
• Proficient in data entry and reporting.

Mansioni

• Receive and ship grain efficiently using available staff.
• Maintain grain quality and improve procedures to high standards.
• Blend grains to maximize grade and price for customers.
• Provide grain drying services and report grades for accurate charges.
• Sample shipments and report quality by grade and quantity.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct monthly safety trainings.
• Maintain grain handling equipment and schedule major repairs with area manager.
• Grow customer base by enhancing profitability and ensuring product integrity.
