Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Comply with OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations; wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform deckhand duties (reading drafts, opening/closing lids, tying off barges).
• Load barges and oversee deckhands; transfer, load, and move grain as needed.
• Maintain grain quality during storage/transfer and complete documentation.
• General cleaning, painting, and routine housekeeping.
• Operate or assist with heavy equipment as assigned; other duties as needed.
