Job summary

Five Star Cooperative in Iowa seeks an Operations Specialist to support grain and agronomy facilities. You will receive grain, maintain conditions, measure inventory, and assist with loading/unloading fertilizer and chemicals while operating forklifts and related equipment.

You will help other locations as needed, communicate availability, and maintain a positive team-focused attitude to promote excellent customer service across the cooperative.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with English proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grain quality and inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts/loaders and manage grain/agronomy inventory.
• Assist with loading/unloading fertilizer and chemicals.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
