Responsabilités

• Weighs and grades inbound and outbound grain and handles billing of grain products.
• Provides customer service via phone, email, or face-to-face interaction.
• Acts as liaison between customers and management to improve the customer experience.
• Receives and enters accounts receivable and balances cash drawer.
• Assists with mailings, monthly inventories, and reconciliations.
