Central Valley Ag is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to weigh trucks, grade grain, and provide excellent customer support. You will handle data entry, billing, and balance cash while serving as a liaison between customers and management. Safety compliance and accuracy are essential in daily duties.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a team environment. Prior experience in a clerical or customer-facing role is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Safely weigh trucks and grade grain as part of daily duties.
• Perform data entry and billing for grain/agronomy products and services.
• Answer phones and provide high-level customer support.
• Serve as liaison between customers and management to improve service.
• Record accounts receivable and balance cash drawer daily.
• Assist with mailings, inventory, and document filing.
• Maintain knowledge of offered products and services.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in safety trainings.
