Responsibilities

• Weighs and grades inbound/outbound grain and performs data entry.
• Performs billing of grain/agronomy products and services.
• Answers phones and provides customer support.
• Acts as liaison between customers and management to enhance experience.
• Analyzes customer complaints and provides resolutions.
• Maintains knowledge of products and services offered.
• Records company transfers and accounts receivable.
• Reconciles and balances the cash drawer.
• Maintains filing and mailings; handles internal/external mail.
• Assists with monthly inventories and variance reconciliation.
• Promotes safety compliance and attends trainings when available.
• Complies with Central Valley Ag credit policies.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
