Job summary

Central Valley Ag is seeking an Operations employee in Beloit, KS to assist in receiving, shipping and handling grain and agronomy products, and perform preventative maintenance.

You will drive company trucks, assist with fertilizer and chemical loading, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and accurate paperwork. The role emphasizes customer service and reliable operations across site activities.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements preferred or obtainable.
• Possession of Commercial Applicator’s License preferred or able to obtain.
• DOT knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal operations and customers.
• Good basic mechanical skills and a safety-first attitude.
• Self-starter with ability to plan, organize and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading and loading of grain and agronomy products.
• Drive company trucks for transfers and deliveries.
• Assist in receiving/drying, blending and inventory of fertilizers and chemicals.
• Provide preventive maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and scheduling for operations.
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping across site.
• Support other divisions and locations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
