Job summary

Troy University in Michigan is seeking a Graduation Center coordinator responsible for analyzing degree requirements for undergraduate and graduate students and ensuring proper submission of all paperwork for academic achievement.

You will coordinate with the International Office on international student requirements, answer graduation inquiries by phone or email, and assist the Graduation Center director with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of three years of work experience in higher education or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Assisting the Graduation Center with any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Graduation Center.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor’s degree, OR a minimum of three years of work experience in higher education or related field
• 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1. Knowledge of Troy University systems such as Datatel and Degree Audit System
• 2. Experience in advising, admissions and transcript evaluation
