Responsibilities

1. Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs.
2. Participate actively in project, client, and team meetings.
3. Review, prepare, and modify designs and drawings.
4. Analyze reports, specifications, and studies.
5. Apply relevant design criteria related to civil and track design.
6. Support design using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM, and other software.
7. Gain exposure to project, commercial, and client management.
8. Adopt a 'digital by default' approach in deliverables.
9. Engage with our Early Careers Professionals Network.
10. Support our company's 'Purpose' in all activities.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, transportation, or related field from an accredited university.
2. Methodical problem-solving approach to tasks.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong teamwork abilities.
5. Work towards Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
6. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit is preferred but not required.
7. Interest in transportation planning and engineering, demonstrated through relevant experience.
8. Ability to reliably commute to Seattle, WA, in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
