An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Transportation Engineer to support innovative maintenance solutions in the Metro Region. This position performs technical engineer duties to support maintenance and operations in the Metro Region. This role involves implementing innovative, performance-based solutions to solve complex maintenance problems, including managing the Public Private Partnership (P3) for freeway lighting, overseeing Pump Station (PS) Generator Design Build (DB) projects, and supporting maintenance programs through budget management and engineering assistance to direct force maintenance teams.
The salary range reflects levels from entry (9) to experienced (P11). Candidates will be evaluated based on education and experience to determine appropriate level.
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering required. Candidates obtaining their degree by May 31, 2025, may be considered.
Experience:
Possession of a registered professional engineer license may substitute for 6 months of experience at the respective levels.
