Johnson Controls in the United States is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program, a 6-month development track for new graduates aiming at technical sales. Youll be paired with a mentor and supported by a nationwide network of sales professionals to build technical expertise, business acumen and relationship-building skills.

You will participate in structured development, learn fire equipment and building solutions, support proposals and opportunities, and build relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation December 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
