Job summary

The University of Oregon Division of Graduate Studies seeks a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator to guide students from enrollment to graduation, ensuring progress and compliance with university policies. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost for Graduate Studies, you will manage student records, assist with theses and dissertations, and advise departments and students on procedures.

This role supports over 3,500 graduate students across 150+ programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an administrative specialist or executive support specialist including project/operation support.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret laws, rules, and regulations; analyze data; and evaluate processes.

Responsibilities

• Support graduate enrollment from enrollment through graduation.
• Verify continuous enrollment and satisfactory academic progress.
• Coordinate graduation and degree completion processes.
• Provide information to students, faculty, staff, and the public about registration and policies.
