Job summary

Walter P Moore, an international engineering firm, seeks a Graduate Engineer in Construction Engineering to support Project Managers on construction projects in the Structures Group. You will apply structural analysis and steel design to real-world construction challenges and help develop sequencing for complex structures.

The role requires a Master's in Civil Engineering (Structural) and an EIT, with Tekla/BIM and SAP 2000 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural.
• EIT certification.
• Experience with Tekla and BIM is preferred.
• SAP 2000 modeling experience.
• Experience with contractors, steel fabricators, or steel erectors strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate structures at various stages of construction.
• Develop construction sequencing for complex structures.
• Design temporary structures to support construction and steel connections.
