Job summary

Gripple is inviting graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Scheme in the UK. The programme provides hands-on experience, learning opportunities, and real responsibility from day one.

You will rotate through core business areas, spend a month abroad on a live project, and lead a production-rotation while receiving mentoring from the Learning & Development team and a senior mentor. Eligible candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, typically achieving a 2:1 or better, and have demonstrated initiative,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or on track within the last two years.
• First or 2:1 degree preferred in a field relevant to the pathway.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month training programme with diverse rotations.
• One month overseas at a global site on a real project.
• Lead a six-week rotation supervising a production team.
