The 3‑year rotation starts in September 2027, with three 1‑year placements across Commercial Finance, FP&A, Logistics and Group Finance, plus full study support and sponsorship for a professional qualification.

You'll work alongside senior finance professionals, gaining hands‑on exposure to accounting and strategic business partnering, with potential moves into Finance

Qualifications

• Holds (or is on track to achieve) a bachelor's degree in any subject from any university.
• Curious, commercially minded, and resilient with the adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
• An interest in working with numbers, solving problems, and spotting patterns or trends.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships and explain ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Join the three-year rotational programme starting Sept 2027 and complete three 1-year placements across Commercial Finance, FP&A, Logistics, and Group Finance.
• Receive full study support and sponsorship to earn a professional qualification, with hands‑on exposure to core accounting and business partnering.
• Position yourself to transition into Finance Analyst or Accountant roles upon qualification.
