The role emphasizes identifying customer needs, developing service solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple lifecycle stages. The position requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, strong communication, and project management abilities, with opportunities to advance through training, apprenticeship

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to explain technical concepts is essential.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and develop service solutions to improve reliability and performance.
• Sell and manage service and preventive maintenance agreements including renewals and upgrades.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for service contracts and projects.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and scope while protecting profitability.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project delivery for new and existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinate implementation with internal teams.
