Qualifications

• This job requires a BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or related CAD software.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to jobsites.
• Safety-sensitive position with pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design electrical controls and power systems.
• Produce preliminary and final design drawings and documentation using CAD software.
• Complete required design calculations.
• Perform lighting design for industrial warehousing.
• Create controls BOMs and take-offs.
• Assist with purchasing of related materials.
• Ensure designs align with company procedures, regulations, and client standards.
• Submit drawings to upper management and construction teams.
• Provide support during building and installation to ensure proper implementation.
• Build BOMs for each design and enter data into ERP system.
• Coordinate with purchasing on material orders.
• Communicate with vendors regarding part specifications and fabrication.
