Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Engineer- New Graduate to join our manufacturing and service teams. You will perform quality inspections, support SOPs, and help drive improvements across fabrication and assembly.

Working with engineering and production, you will ensure products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements, participate in investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement while gaining hands-on experience across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Experience with quality investigations and reporting.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and work at heights.
• Comfort working in confined spaces and in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quality inspections at all fabrication stages.
• Maintain, revise, and improve SOPs to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead quality investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to implement quality solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement to drive quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Provide training on quality procedures and standards to team members.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
