Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in general sales or customer service preferred.
• Confident phone presence and professional email communication.
• Ability to virtually present our products and offerings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and database entry.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
• Detail‑oriented with strong multi‑tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes for service and maintenance contracts and projects.
• Identify sales opportunities through research and strategic outreach.
• Expand company presence within the industry.
• Conduct product training webinars for existing customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure long‑term partner success.
• Manage aftermarket sales, contracts and projects across key accounts.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide general customer service for existing and new accounts.
• Work with internal teams to support customer needs across departments.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and services.
